01 — General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Member") and 168JL ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to every service, game, promotion, and transaction available through the 168JL website at https://168jl.best and any related mobile or web interfaces.
Using any part of 168JL — whether browsing, registering, depositing, placing a bet, or withdrawing — means you accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is not limited to a single click; it applies continuously for as long as your account remains active.

02 — Eligibility
168JL is a platform intended exclusively for eligible adult users. Before registering, you must confirm that all of the following conditions apply to you without exception.

- You are acting as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for another person.

03 — Account Rules
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account with 168JL. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated throughout your membership.
- Your username and password are personal credentials. Do not share them with anyone, including family members or friends.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was initiated by you.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your 168JL account, contact the support team immediately.
- Account details used during registration must match the details linked to your chosen deposit and withdrawal method. Mismatches can delay or block transactions.
- Accounts showing extended inactivity may be reviewed in accordance with the applicable dormancy policy as displayed within the 168JL platform at the relevant time.
04 — Deposits
Deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP ₱). 168JL processes deposit requests from eligible payment methods as displayed in the platform's deposit section. The list of accepted methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and supported Visa or Mastercard cards.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the 168JL deposit page and may be updated at any time.
- Deposits must originate from an account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Processing times depend on the payment provider. 168JL is not responsible for delays caused by e-wallet systems, banking providers, or network issues outside 168JL's control.
- Deposits that trigger fraud detection checks may be held for verification. 168JL reserves the right to request supporting documentation before crediting any amount.
- 168JL does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may impose their own charges. Review your e-wallet or bank terms before initiating a transfer.
05 — Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 168JL implements this policy as a standard anti-money laundering measure.
- Members must complete any required identity verification before a withdrawal request is approved.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are shown in the 168JL withdrawal section at the time of request.
- Withdrawals are processed in PHP ₱. No currency conversion is applied by 168JL, though receiving institutions may apply their own exchange handling if applicable.
- 168JL reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, rule violations, or incomplete verification.
- Bonus funds or amounts subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those conditions are satisfied in full.
- Where a member has made deposits using multiple payment methods, 168JL reserves the right to determine which method receives the withdrawal.
06 — Betting and Gaming
All bets and game stakes placed through 168JL are final once confirmed. Members should review their selection carefully before submitting because confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in circumstances explicitly defined within the applicable game or sports rules displayed in the platform.
- Game outcomes are determined by the applicable game engine or live dealer result. 168JL's records are the authoritative reference for all outcomes.
- Any malfunction, error, or disconnection that affects the display of a game result does not automatically void a wager. Outcomes logged in 168JL's system are binding.
- For sports betting, 168JL follows event-specific rules. Events cancelled, postponed, or abandoned are settled according to the applicable sports rules published at the time of the bet.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are shown within each game or market. 168JL may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
- Bets placed using exploits, technical errors, clearly incorrect odds, or system vulnerabilities may be voided at 168JL's discretion regardless of the displayed outcome.
07 — Bonuses and Promotions
168JL may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or promotional rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer. General rules for all bonuses at 168JL are as follows.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Claiming a bonus with no intention of using it for entertainment, or using it as part of a structured arbitrage strategy, is prohibited.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonuses are granted to one account per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture.
- 168JL reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, if it determines that the offer is being misused.
- Bonus terms that conflict with general terms will be governed by the specific promotion's own published conditions.
08 — Responsible Gaming
168JL takes its responsibility to promote safe and controlled gaming seriously. Online gaming at 168JL is intended purely as entertainment for eligible adults. It is never a means to generate income, recover previous losses, or solve financial problems.
- Members are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits using the tools available in their account settings.
- Members who believe they may be developing a gaming problem are strongly encouraged to make use of self-exclusion options, which prevent account access for a chosen period.
- 168JL will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not send promotional material to self-excluded members during the exclusion period.
- Members must not fund their gaming activity using money set aside for rent, food, utilities, medical needs, education, or any other essential household expenses.
- If a member notifies 168JL that a registered account belongs to an underage person or a vulnerable individual, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

09 — Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at 168JL and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
- Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to interact with any 168JL game or system.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds in any game or betting market.
- Attempting to launder money or process funds through 168JL transactions.
- Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials.
- Coordinating with other members to fix, manipulate, or predetermine game outcomes.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 168JL staff or other members through any channel.
- Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or compromise any part of the 168JL platform.
- Creating or operating accounts on behalf of a third party, or selling access to a 168JL account.
10 — Suspension and Account Closure
168JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.
- Suspected or confirmed breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct connected to the account.
- Requests from law enforcement, gaming regulators, or relevant legal authorities.
- Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in 168JL's current dormancy policy.
11 — Limitation of Liability
168JL provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Technical issues, maintenance windows, and third-party outages may occasionally affect availability.
- 168JL is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions outside of its direct control.
- 168JL is not responsible for the performance or uptime of third-party payment providers, including e-wallets and banks.
- 168JL's total liability to any member in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount actually deposited by that member in relation to the disputed transaction.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12 — Amendments to These Terms
168JL may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be published on the website, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Members are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically.
Continued use of the 168JL platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using 168JL and contact support to request account closure.
